The Yubari Melon is harvested in a short window that runs from late May to early August. As such, our Hokkaido Red Melon Cheesecake is available for a limited time only, until our stocks last.
To create the Hokkaido Red Melon Cheesecake, our master bakers add puréed Yubari Melon into our Double Fromage batter mix. The refreshing Hokkaido Red Melon base is topped by our famous blend of Hokkaido cream, Mascarpone, and Australian cream cheese.
The result is a cheesecake that combines a refreshing summer flavor with a smooth and creamy texture.
